1. Protection of Minors (CSAE/CSAM)
Bias maintains absolute zero tolerance for any activity that involves the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of minors.
Mandatory Enforcement: Any user transmitting, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) faces immediate, permanent account and hardware ban, accompanied by reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate international law enforcement agencies.
2. Violence & Physical Harm
Violent Threats: Explicit or implied threats to inflict bodily harm, murder, kidnap, or sexually assault any individual are banned.
Suicide & Self-Injury: Promoting, encouraging, or providing operational methods for self-harm or suicide is prohibited.
Extremism & Terrorism: Coordinating or glorifying terrorist attacks, mass casualty events, or hate-fueled militia actions is forbidden.
3. Impersonation & Deception
You may not adopt an identity designed to mislead or defraud others:
Posing as another living individual, public figure, or celebrity without clear parody disclosures.
Claiming affiliation with or masquerading as an employee, support agent, or moderator of Bias.
