Terms & Rules

By installing the Bias mobile application, creating an account, or accessing services provided by FluxSphere ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related safety rules. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services.

To register for an account on FluxSphere:

• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country to consent to online services without parental permission).
• You must verify account ownership using a valid, active phone number capable of receiving authentication credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your registered account and maintaining the security of your device.

FluxSphere is dedicated to respectful, safe, and uninterrupted real-time communications. You agree never to engage in or facilitate any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Harassment & Abuse: Stalking, hate speech, bullying, extortion, or continuous unwanted contact after being requested to stop.
• Spam & Bot Exploitation: Automated message dissemination, mass scraping, distributing deceptive pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Impersonation & Fraud: Misrepresenting your identity as an official representative of FluxSphere, a government official, or another person without authorization.
• System Attacks: Attempting to probe, scan, reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass technical safeguards or server rate-limits.

Your Content Belongs to You: You retain all intellectual property rights in the text, audio, images, and files you send through FluxSphere. We do not claim ownership of your personal messages.

Limited Transmission License: Solely for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g., transmitting encrypted packets from your device to the recipient), you grant FluxSphere a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to route and deliver your communications.

We reserve the right to investigate reports of policy violations and take appropriate enforcement measures, including:

• Issuing warnings or temporary messaging rate restrictions.
• Revoking active authentication sessions.
• Permanently blacklisting phone numbers or device identifiers associated with severe or repeated violations.

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal to support@fluxsphere.sbs.

FluxSphere is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or immune to unauthorized access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FluxSphere, its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Rules at any time. Continued use of FluxSphere following the publication of revised terms constitutes your binding agreement to the modifications.
