At FluxSphere, we build communication tools with privacy, security, and elegance at their core. We believe that your conversations are personal and belong solely to you. We do not monetize your private messages, track your cross-app browsing habits, or sell your personal information to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.

We restrict data collection to the minimum required to provide reliable messaging:

• Account Identifier: Your verified phone number, used exclusively for account authentication, routing messages, and account recovery.
• Profile Data: Display name, profile photo, and status message that you voluntarily choose to publish to your contacts.
• Contact List (Optional): If you grant permission, phone numbers from your address book are hashed and matched to identify other FluxSphere users. Raw address books are never uploaded or retained in plain text.
• Technical Diagnostic Data: Device model, operating system version, app version, and anonymized crash logs necessary to diagnose platform stability.

FluxSphere employs modern cryptographic protocols to secure real-time messaging:

• In-Transit Security: All client-to-server and relay communications are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
• Message Delivery & Ephemerality: Once a message is delivered to the recipient’s device, it is immediately purged from our active delivery queues. Undelivered messages are held in encrypted transit queues for a limited duration before automatic deletion.
• No Content Inspection: We do not inspect, parse, or train machine learning models on private text, voice notes, photos, or file attachments.

The Bias mobile application and in-app legal browsers use strictly isolated sessions. In-app web views do not access or share cookies with Safari, Chrome, or your default system browser. We do not place third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on fluxsphere.sbs.

You maintain complete ownership of your data. You may request account deletion at any time directly through the app settings (Settings > Account Security > Delete Account) or by emailing our data protection team.

Upon deactivation, your profile information, cryptographic keys, and active session tokens are permanently erased from our production servers in accordance with data protection regulations.

Depending on your place of residence, you are entitled to specific statutory rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of personal information held about you.
• Right to Rectification: Update inaccurate or incomplete profile records.
• Right to Erasure: Request the deletion of your account and associated records.
• Right to Restrict Processing: Limit how we process your technical data.

FluxSphere contracts with enterprise-grade cloud providers for data center hosting, push notifications (Apple APNs, Google FCM), and SMS verification delivery. All third-party infrastructure providers operate under strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant updates occur, we will post the revised document on our website and notify users via an in-app notice or release changelog.
