Binding Terms•Effective September 2026
1. When Acceptance Occurs
We reject overly aggressive legal clauses claiming that merely browsing an informational webpage creates binding consent.
Clear Standard of Agreement: You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Rules when you deliberately register an account, verify a telephone number, or log into and actively utilize the Bias messaging application.
If you do not agree to these Terms or our community guidelines, you must not establish an account or discontinue use of the service.
2. Eligibility & Account Integrity
Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to establish an account on Bias.
Single Lawful Account: You agree to provide a telephone number you legally control and maintain accurate profile credentials.
Personal Responsibility: You remain liable for all actions conducted under your verified phone number until you formally report a compromise.
3. Platform Availability & Updates
Bias is an evolving communications product. We continuously refine features, enhance security protections, and optimize system infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue specific service components with reasonable prior notice when feasible.
4. Limitation of Liability
Bias provides its communication services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bias Inc. and its officers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, user-generated content, or unauthorized third-party device access.
