Summary
ATLAS is a decision and delivery layer for MT5 traders. It receives market snapshots from an authorized connector, evaluates them through structure, risk and expectancy checks, and may return BUY, SELL or WAIT. The dashboard records delivered opportunities and associated trade activity.
For a detailed explanation of the decision process, data hand-off and human control points, see How ATLAS works.
This page applies to visitors of the public website. The service terms apply when you create an account, use authenticated services or purchase a plan after they are presented to you. Viewing this public page alone is not treated as consent where the law requires an affirmative choice.
Data we process
We process only the information needed to operate, secure and improve the features you choose to use.
Account identity
Name, normalized email, verification state and password hash. Optional Google or GitHub sign-in may provide an account ID, verified email, display name and avatar URL.
Sessions & security
Hashed session and CSRF tokens, IP address, browser or user-agent, timestamps, security events and audit information.
Preferences
Selected symbols, snapshot interval, plan limits and onboarding state.
MT5 & device data
Device identifiers, connector version, status, heartbeat, broker login or server, demo or live indicator, installation state and technical errors.
Opportunities & trades
Symbol, decision, reason, confidence, instructions, delivery time, open and close times, P&L, outcome and internal identifiers.
Payments & alerts
Plan and provider transaction details. If connected, Telegram bot token and chat ID are stored server-side to deliver alerts and are not returned to the browser.
Privacy and permitted uses
We use information to create and authenticate accounts; provide the dashboard, connector, alerts and subscriptions; enforce plan and security limits; investigate errors, fraud and abuse; maintain service integrity; and meet legal duties.
Google and GitHub sign-in
Google and GitHub sign-in are optional. If you choose one, ATLAS processes the provider account identifier, verified email address, display name and, where provided, avatar URL needed to link the sign-in method to your ATLAS account. ATLAS does not receive or store your Google or GitHub password.
Service providers
Feature-dependent providers may include Cloudflare, Google or GitHub for optional OAuth, Telegram for optional alerts, and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency checkout. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Retention and disclosure
Records are retained as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, reconcile transactions, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting duties. ATLAS does not sell personal information or make private account, terminal or trading information available to public crawlers. Disclosure may occur when required by law, to protect the service, in a corporate transaction, or to restricted vendors working for us.
Security boundaries
ATLAS uses HTTPS, scoped cookies, CSRF protection, hashed passwords and session credentials, access controls, rate limits, private engine networking and per-device credentials. The private decision engine is not publicly callable; the backend is its authorized gateway.
Connector pairing and installer commands
An ATLAS installer command is generated for an authenticated device-pairing flow and is intended only to download and prepare that device's MT5 connector package. It is not designed to request, recover or store your broker password. Keep pairing links, device tokens, installers and Telegram tokens private.
No system is perfectly secure. We may revoke sessions, devices or credentials to protect users and infrastructure.
Terms of service
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and legally able to use trading-related software where you live.
- Accurate data. Maintain current account information and secure credentials. You are responsible for connected terminals and account activity.
- Authorized use. Use only accounts, devices, bots and terminals you own or may lawfully control.
- Prohibited conduct. Do not bypass limits, probe private services, scrape authenticated areas, reverse engineer protected engine logic, interfere with users, upload malware, resell without permission or act unlawfully.
- Availability. Markets, brokers, MT5, networks and third parties can delay or prevent delivery and execution. Continuous operation is not guaranteed.
- Enforcement. We may limit, suspend or terminate access to protect users, infrastructure, compliance or integrity.
- Intellectual property. Public policy text may be read and indexed. Branding, code, private engine logic and non-public material remain protected.
Trading and execution risk
Trading can cause rapid and total loss. A delivered opportunity does not guarantee that MT5, your broker or the market will accept or fill an order. Slippage, spreads, gaps, liquidity, symbol differences, permissions, margin, downtime and connectivity may alter or prevent execution.
ATLAS may deliberately return WAIT. Historical results, confidence values and displayed statistics do not predict future performance. Use independent judgment and never trade funds you cannot afford to lose.
Plans, limits and payments
Plans control terminals, symbols and opportunity limits. Prices are shown before checkout. Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible; you must send the exact supported asset, network and amount to the displayed address. Fees and incorrect transfers are your responsibility.
A paid plan activates only after valid provider confirmation. Where permitted by applicable law, an activated subscription is not refundable for unused time, unused decisions or a change of mind. We may correct pricing errors, refuse fraudulent payments and change future pricing with notice. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Public bots, AI systems and crawlers
Search engines, answer engines, chatbots and AI crawlers may access, quote, summarize and index the public homepage, this page, the sitemap and llms.txt. This does not extend to authenticated pages, user data, private APIs, the engine, credentials or source code.
Automation must respect robots.txt, reasonable rate limits, copyright, privacy and security boundaries. Crawl permission does not authorize impersonation, vulnerability testing or access to another user’s account.
Your choices and responsibilities
You may choose whether to connect Google, GitHub or Telegram; change supported preferences; revoke sessions and devices; and stop using the service. Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or export through the verified support channel published by ATLAS.
Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, legal claims or statutory recordkeeping.
Changes and interpretation
We may update these rules as the product, providers or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may be announced in-product or require renewed acceptance.
