Public policy record · Version 1.0

Rules, privacy
and data practices.

A plain-language record of how ATLAS works, what information it processes, why it keeps that information, and the responsibilities that apply when you use the service.

Effective and last updated 14 July 2026
01

Summary

ATLAS is a decision and delivery layer for MT5 traders. It receives market snapshots from an authorized connector, evaluates them through structure, risk and expectancy checks, and may return BUY, SELL or WAIT. The dashboard records delivered opportunities and associated trade activity.

Important: ATLAS does not promise profit, remove market risk or provide personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your account, broker, settings and trading decisions.

This privacy notice applies when you visit the public site. Contractual terms are accepted when you create an account, use authenticated services or purchase a plan after the terms are presented. Merely viewing a public page is not treated as consent where applicable law requires an affirmative choice.

02

Data we process

Depending on the features you use, ATLAS processes the following information:

Account identity

Name, normalized email, verification state and password hash. Google/GitHub login may provide an account ID, verified email, display name and avatar URL.

Sessions & security

Hashed session and CSRF tokens, IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps, security events and audit information.

Preferences

Selected symbols, snapshot interval, plan limits and onboarding state.

MT5 & device data

Device identifiers, connector version, status, heartbeat, broker login/server, demo/live indicator, installation state and technical errors.

Opportunities & trades

Symbol, decision, reason, confidence, instructions, delivery time, open/close times, P&L, outcome and internal identifiers.

Subscriptions & payments

Plan, price, provider order/payment IDs, cryptocurrency, payment address, amount, status and timestamps. Current checkout does not collect card details.

Telegram credentials

If connected, the bot token and chat ID are stored server-side after a successful test so alerts can be delivered. They are not returned to the browser or intentionally logged.

Service telemetry

Request IDs, timestamps, response status, rate-limit, health and error records used to operate and protect the service.

03

Privacy and permitted uses

We use information to create and authenticate accounts; provide the dashboard, connector, alerts and subscriptions; enforce plan and security limits; investigate errors, fraud and abuse; maintain integrity; and meet legal duties.

Service providers

Feature-dependent providers may include Cloudflare, Google or GitHub for optional OAuth, Telegram for optional alerts, and NOWPayments for cryptocurrency checkout. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply.

No sale of personal data

ATLAS does not sell personal information and does not expose private account or trading information to public crawlers. Disclosure may occur when required by law, to protect the service, in a corporate transaction, or to restricted vendors working for us.

Retention

Records are retained as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, reconcile transactions, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting duties. Payment, audit and limited security records may remain after account closure where necessary.

04

Security boundaries

ATLAS uses HTTPS, scoped cookies, CSRF protection, hashed passwords and session credentials, access controls, rate limits, private engine networking and per-device credentials. The private decision engine is not publicly callable; the backend is its authorized gateway.

No system is perfectly secure. Keep passwords, Telegram tokens, installers and broker access private. We may revoke sessions, devices or credentials to protect users and infrastructure.

05

Terms of service

  1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and legally able to use trading-related software where you live.
  2. Accurate data. Maintain current account information and secure credentials. You are responsible for connected terminals and account activity.
  3. Authorized use. Use only accounts, devices, bots and terminals you own or may lawfully control.
  4. Prohibited conduct. Do not bypass limits, probe private services, scrape authenticated areas, reverse engineer protected engine logic, interfere with users, upload malware, resell without permission or act unlawfully.
  5. Availability. Markets, brokers, MT5, networks and third parties can delay or prevent delivery and execution. Continuous operation is not guaranteed.
  6. Enforcement. We may limit, suspend or terminate access to protect users, infrastructure, compliance or integrity.
  7. Intellectual property. Public policy text may be read and indexed. Branding, code, private engine logic and non-public material remain protected.
06

Trading and execution risk

Trading can cause rapid and total loss. A delivered opportunity does not guarantee that MT5, your broker or the market will accept or fill an order. Slippage, spreads, gaps, liquidity, symbol differences, permissions, margin, downtime and connectivity may alter or prevent execution.

ATLAS may deliberately return WAIT. Historical results, confidence values and displayed statistics do not predict future performance. Use independent judgment and never trade funds you cannot afford to lose.

07

Plans, limits and payments

Plans control terminals, symbols and opportunity limits. Prices are shown before checkout. Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible; you must send the exact supported asset, network and amount to the displayed address. Fees and incorrect transfers are your responsibility.

A paid plan activates only after valid provider confirmation. We may correct pricing errors, refuse fraudulent payments and change future pricing with notice. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

08

Public bots, AI systems and crawlers

Search engines, answer engines, chatbots and AI crawlers may access, quote, summarize and index the public homepage, this page, the sitemap and llms.txt. This does not extend to authenticated pages, user data, private APIs, the engine, credentials or source code.

Automation must respect robots.txt, reasonable rate limits, copyright, privacy and security boundaries. Crawl permission does not authorize impersonation, vulnerability testing or access to another user’s account.

09

Your choices and responsibilities

You may choose whether to connect Google, GitHub or Telegram; change supported preferences; revoke sessions and devices; and stop using the service. Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or export through the verified support channel published by ATLAS.

Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, legal claims or statutory recordkeeping.

10

Changes and interpretation

We may update these rules as the product, providers or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes may be announced in-product or require renewed acceptance.

Legal review recommended. This record reflects the inspected ATLAS codebase as of the effective date, but jurisdiction-specific review by a qualified lawyer is still required.
